Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a university incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament. The crucial date for calculating the age limit is fixed as January 1, 2027.

2. Main Examination (Written Test): Descriptive/Analytical test containing 4 compulsory papers (General Studies I, II, III, and General Hindi & General English). Total Marks: 800 (200 marks per paper). Exam Duration: 3 Hours for each paper.
